As communicated in our initial message of 09.11.2022, the jet fans in the north tube of the tunnel are being replaced. The global crisis situation is also clearly making itself felt in the area of materials procurement. Due to longer delivery times, the further installation of the fans has been delayed and the completion of the project has been postponed to the beginning of December.
The closure of the north tunnel tube is expected to remain in place until calendar week 49 and traffic will continue to be routed through the south tube from both directions at reduced speeds.
