The legal position is given in the Private Financing of Long Distance Roads Act (FstrPrivFinG) in conjunction with the Authorization Ordinance (Beleihungsverordnung) for the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Government, the ordinance governing the toll amount for using the Warnow Tunnel from the Schwerin Ministry for Transport, Construction, and State Development dated 1st February 2007, and the Administrative Procedures Act for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
